Founded in 2015 by Donna Jenkins, BARE BODY BEAUTY CO has grow form a market stall operation in Berrima to an Australian Family Business selling all natural and organic skin care products across NSW.


Cuttaway Creek

Established in 2002, Cuttaway Creek is a thirty acre property located at Mittagong in the Southern Highlands of NSW. The cool climate of the Southern Highlands provides ideal conditions for growing berry fruit with intense flavour.


Equilibrium Natural

Inga set up her business in 2002 after moving to Bowral and now her daughter Tilly is part of the brand too. Their goal is to empower people to make healthy choices by offering cruelty free, palm oil free, vegan products, suitable for all skin types.


Ganymede Truffles

Ganymede in Greenwich Park, was purchased in 2005 by David and Wendy, and is ideally situated for growing truffles. The first trufflerie was planted in 2009, the second in 2011 and the farm now boasts 900 Oaks trees as well as hazelnut trees. Ganymede is known as one of the largest producers in the area.


Goldfield and Banks

French-Belgian Dimitri Weber fell in love with Australia’s lush, aromatic and botanical beauty, its sweeping plains, turquoise fringed coasts, ochre red interiors and harsh, dramatic landscapes. He then created GOLDFIELD & BANKS AUSTRALIA to capture the essences of the Australian continent.


Icy Creek Soap

From Victoria’s Mt Baw Baw in Gunaikurnai country, Monique Sweetland is crafting a small batch line of handmade soaps and all natural laundry products. The eco range contains no palm oil, no detergents, no foaming agents, no firming agents, and no synthetic fragrances or colours.

Janice is behind some incredible cookbooks that have won global awards. Her books are an artful food tour encompassing stunning imagery and recipes from her own collection, as well as celebrated chefs. We are lucky enough to feature some of our very own Highland Harvest Feast recipes in her latest creation Winter Wild.

Kakadu Plum, or Gubinge has long been considered a gift of the Dreamtime.  Founder, Tahlia is committed to contributing to Indigenous communities and what better way than with a range of native superfoods.


Kangaroo Valley Olives

Located in stunning Kangaroo Valley, Brenda owns and manages a boutique olive grove and crafting her own range on site. Her artisan products include whole olives, tapenade’s and oils as well as homemade beeswax wraps, which are made using the beeswax from her neighbouring property, the same bees that pollinate her olive trees.


Kielty's Sauce

Padraic comes from a long line of hunters, foragers and true master of the stove, so it was only a matter of time before he tapped into his family history.  He is now proudly continuing his father’s legacy by producing quality locally sourced products from the Kielty recipe, which has been handed down from generation to generation.


Mary Valley Food Co

Jess and Billy live up in the Mary Valley in Queensland and have always loved the beauty of this incredible area. Locally, they noticed a lot of produce was falling to the ground and not being used. So, they decided to start Mary Valley Food Company so they could support local farmers and reduce the amount of food going to waste.


Mojo Candles

Based in the Southern Highlands, these stunning handcrafted candles are unique and sustainable. Founders Monty and Jo partnered with local wineries to create luxurious wellbeing candles from recycled wine bottles. Utilizing premium soy wax, you don’t need to compromise on indulgence with these fragrant candles.


Olssons Salt

Olsson Industries is the oldest family-owned and operated company producing Sea Salt in Australia. Sea Salt harvesting is probably the most sustainable type of farming on the planet. Nothing is added in the making of the sea salt, nothing is taken away except water through natural evaporation.  



Based on the South Coast PhycoHealth grows unique local seaweed for the medicinal benefits as well as helping to reduce our carbon footprint. Large-scale food production systems releases CO2, nitrogen, phosphorus and other nutrients. They harness their nutritional power for their seaweed farm,  closing the loop in a sustainable industrial ecology system.


South Coast Kimchi

When Emma gave up her catering job, she was unsure of what to do next. She always enjoyed authentic food and was continually on the hunt for traditional Kimchi. South Coast Kimchi Co. was founded and Emma decided to go one step further, working closely with Korean women in the area to perfect the recipe. 


Tea Esk

This hand blended boutique tea business from the South Coast, brings together quality ingredients to provide tea drinkers with robust flavours in every cup. Founded by Australian Certified Tea Master and Tea Blender, Melissa who loves two things most in life; helping people and tea. 


The Honey Thief

After moving to the Southern Highlands in 2011 Greg and Deborah started keeping bees to pollinate their vegetable garden and orchard, they then got their first taste of honey. The hives are not medicated and no chemicals are used, creating honey that is coarse filtered and unheated thus, maintaining its nutrients and keeping the enzymes intact.
