Inga set up her business in 2002 after moving to Bowral and now her daughter Tilly is part of the brand too. Their goal is to empower people to make healthy choices by offering cruelty free, palm oil free, vegan products, suitable for all skin types.
Ganymede in Greenwich Park, was purchased in 2005 by David and Wendy, and is ideally situated for growing truffles. The first trufflerie was planted in 2009, the second in 2011 and the farm now boasts 900 Oaks trees as well as hazelnut trees. Ganymede is known as one of the largest producers in the area.

Located in stunning Kangaroo Valley, Brenda owns and manages a boutique olive grove and crafting her own range on site. Padraic comes from a long line of hunters, foragers and true master of the stove, so it was only a matter of time before he tapped into his family history. Jess and Billy live up in the Mary Valley in Queensland and have always loved the beauty of this incredible area. Locally, they noticed a lot of produce was falling to the ground and not being used. So, they decided to start Mary Valley Food Company so they could support local farmers and reduce the amount of food going to waste.

The Honey Thief
After moving to the Southern Highlands in 2011 Greg and Deborah started keeping bees to pollinate their vegetable garden and orchard, they then got their first taste of honey. The hives are not medicated and no chemicals are used, creating honey that is coarse filtered and unheated thus, maintaining its nutrients and keeping the enzymes intact.
